Today, Kenza shares her experience of how Australiance Talent assisted her journey in becoming a Marketing Intern for two companies – Table Manners and Crazy Arms.
My name is Kenza, and I am a 21-year-old business student from Paris. I came to Australia to gain hands-on experience through a marketing internship with Table Manners and Crazy Arms. I was drawn to Australia for its vibrant diversity and inclusive environment, which made it the perfect place to expand my professional and personal horizons.
My university in Paris has a partnership with Job Teaser, where I came across this opportunity and applied online. I felt confident in Australiance’s recruitment process, thanks to the team’s responsiveness and support throughout the process.
My recruitment process with Australiance Talent was very smooth and efficient. The team was very welcoming and polite, making me feel super comfortable. They were also very accommodating with the time difference, which I really appreciated.
Australiance Talent kept me well-informed about the two incredible companies, Table Manners and Crazy Arms, and provided a clear understanding of my role at each. They also ensured I had a thorough grasp of how working for both companies would be structured and were highly responsive in addressing any concerns I had about the role.
I really enjoyed the Table Manners in-person event in February. It was a new and enriching experience for me. I had a lot of fun setting up the stall and talking to people who shared a similar interest in what we were selling.
At Crazy Arms AU, I have particularly enjoyed working on back-end marketing activities, such as conducting marketing analytics to optimise front-end strategies. This has allowed me to contribute effectively to digital marketing efforts, including creating social media content and advertisements.
Yes, I had a wonderful experience with Australiance Talent. As I mentioned before, they are very welcoming and accommodating. The Australian work-life balance was also a plus as this is very different from Paris.
